My primary objective is not so much to teach
but to provide students with the opportunity to learn. Understanding
that each individual is unique in his or her learning style,
I strive to accommodate all students as we work together as
a team laying the foundation on which they will build on their
entire career.

I like to instill in students a genuine interest
in their field of study. My goal is to develop the students
abilities to become observant, analytical, and creative in
problem solving. I prefer the hands on approach to learning
utilizing industrial grade equipment in actual control configurations
as opposed to pre-packaged lab trainers. My satisfaction in
teaching is having past students come back and tell me the
great job they landed, especially when they add that they are
making more money than me.
