How to Get Disability Services

1. Request accommodations from the Disability Services Director
2. New students should make an appointment with the Disability Services Director to talk about individual needs.
3. Provide documentation of your disability from an appropriate source.
4. Request accommodations each term and work with the Disability Services Director in implementing accommodations.
5. Communicate and keep the Disability Services Director informed of your progress and report any service needs.

All information including the names of students receiving services is confidential. This means that no one has the right to, nor has access to, your disability services file. No personal disability related information will be shared with anyone unless you give specific consent for it to be shared.
